• Uncover Illegal Drug LaboratoryThe National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA), Imo State Command has, between 2018 and 2019, arrested 97 suspected drug traffickers in possession of 378.70 kilogramme substance. He added that the suspected manufacturers were undergoing trial at a Federal High Court in Lagos. The commander disclosed that 30 of the arrested persons were undergoing rehabilitation. Imo State Governor, Emeka Ihedioha, represented by Special Adviser, Security, Mr. Raymond Ikenguru, disclosed that the state government planed a committee on anti-drug abuse, partnering NDLEA. Mr. Eze Eluchie, Director PAADI, a Non-Governmental Organisation, appealed to the Governor not to relent in his fight against drug abuse.
